I’m Gus Martínez, Product Manager at flowww, the management platform 1,000+ aesthetic clinics and beauty centers run their business on, in 6 countries.

I studied Fine Arts and a master’s in UX/UI Design, joined flowww as a design intern in 2022 and was leading the product two and a half years later.

I own the product from idea to launch: discovery, functional specs, roadmap and delivery across three development squads, with AI built into how we work.

Nature and music still shape how I think. In product, the balance between structure, rhythm and simplicity is what I look for.
